Song is where I can express what is difficult to hold in ordinary language. Through music, I process, integrate, and give voice to lived experience — my inner world, my relationships, and the times we are living in.

After a medical crisis in 2024, music returned to me with new urgency and depth. Since then, I have been writing and playing daily, allowing song to become both a creative practice and a form of medicine — for the soul, the spirit, and the body. Below, I’m sharing my songs in raw form, recorded in my living room, on my phone, imperfect. I’ll miss a cord, forget a lyric, but the whole is coming from my heart.
