Lava Light Reflections One…
It feels good and right to be back working with you, tuning in with you to the field of energy that is within you and the Field of energy that connects us all, to see and know your essence, your soul, your true self (both in this physical world, and in the spiritual world and how they blend as one), helping you navigate relationships in health and well being, and helping you live your life in alignment with who you truly are. These past years when I’ve been working very part time, I’ve been raising my grandson, studying and reflecting and integrating the most horrible and incredible three years that followed Kevin’s physical death. Working with people in grief and loss and struggle, helped me heal through my own profound journey of loss and grief. Much time to process my experiences in our true reality of matter and energy, has helped me understand more deeply how the physical and spiritual world work together. Studying, I found affirming of my experiences and helpful in integrating them into my own understanding of our existence and or consciousness (our awareness).
We really are all in this together. But, sometimes we find ourselves alone in the physical world. Loneliness can feel painful. Our relationship with ourself is essential to healing loneliness, as is belonging, having meaningful connections. My sessions are online (and yes energy, Spirit, comes through online…no time or space in the world of conscious subtle energy. I’m excited to offer group events that bring us all together, some locally and in person, in Northern Colorado, and some online to wherever you are. It is important to me to include those who are living with illness (chronic and acute), who are unable to leave their homes.
I share here my first lava light reflection. I hope to make these middle of the night video’s regularly to share with you thoughts at the edge…reflections about the wonder of being spirit in human form.
